Sam King (Ken McGraw Jr) is a seemingly mild mannered, insecure individual who has come to develop a long-standing crush on the emotionally vulnerable Jamie Crane (Leah Voysey), the babysitter for his next-door neighbors. Sam recognizes that Jamie is stuck in an abusive relationship with her vindictive boyfriend, Travis Ridley (Steven Brandt), and wants nothing else but to love her. When Sam attempts to express his pure feelings of love towards Jamie, he ignites the fury of Travis and sparks a fire that he isn't able to control. No one is aware of what the others are capable of and the lives of the three individuals collide with visceral emotions that catalyze a series of violent acts of passion that spiral our of control and will change all three forever.
