The Forbidden Fruit is a character-driven story about two young Emirati adults (boy and girl), living they're lives in a contemporary Their story captures how they go about their daily routines separately, only to experience similar experiences in life that a lot of the Arab youth go through. They are paradoxically framed, going out partying, drinking and getting up to trouble knowing that their parents have been asking them to prepare themselves for a meeting. The story is Arabian allusion to the story of Adam and Eve. Metaphorically they both live their lives where they only come face to face in hopes for a potential marriage.
