'A Weapon of Mass Destruction' is a weapon that can cause great damage to people, houses, nature or the environment. Special agent 'M', who is not at a loss for martial arts skills, is given the task of infiltrating a gangster syndicate that is suspected of trading in illegal war weapons on a large scale. Here 'M' stumbles upon a hornet's nest of arms trafficking, murder and extortion.
