Baby Grand tells the story of Carmel, a young girl, who during her glory days as a pianist discovers that there is a little man inside her piano. Years later, after she has stopped playing, she and her father are moving away. They decide to give the piano to a boy in the building, Nathan, whom she's in love with. But when she tries to play the piano again, no sound comes out. The little man has disappeared and she must find him before Nathan finds out.
