One man wanders the now scarcely populated wasteland, using his natural human instincts in order to survive by any means. Another man, mutated from the after effects of a nuclear war and completely immobile is bound in a lonely dusty generator room, perhaps the last fully working room of its kind. The two men have known their way of life since their beginning, but it isn't until the two of them meet that both of their lives will drastically change, and not necessarily for the better.
