Taking place in a small, country bingo hall, the film shows what happens when the Bingo Bandito appears, complete with bingo dabber bandoliers, and immediately dominates the previously calm proceedings. Intimidated and discouraged bingo players are about to call it quits when mild-mannered Selma Cludbladder appears and joins the game.
