Jeff he takes time off work to write a book but instead he wastes his days sleeping, watching films and playing computer games - much to the annoyance of his partner, Mandy. Until one day two mysterious visitors arrive to arrest him for wasting his talents. Jeff needs to find a way out and prove he is not a waster.
