Eight years ago, ERIS, the fifth exploration mission to be launched, headed for the outer rim of the solar system. The crew was to survey the surface of a planet beyond Pluto: UB313. Signal from the communication beacon was lost when the exploration shuttle passed through the magnetic field surrounding Dysnomie, the sole moon of UB313. ERIS was never to be heard of again.
