Sam is selling cleaning materials door to door as part of a prisoner rehabilitation programme. One door he approaches has been left open and all is quiet inside. There is no one home and the door is open, maybe he should check all is okay. The Downton's are close-knit, well-off family. Jo 'Titch' (Julie Grant) rushes out of the door one morning to collect her exam results and fails to shut the door properly. When she gets back home she thinks someone is upstairs. The decisions she now makes will impact the rest of her life. She may be a great student but but 'A' grades don't make for the sharpest knife in the real world.
