In the difficult times of the financial crisis, most young and educated people have to consider looking for a job as their main priority. Mass unemployment has become the tragedy of the whole generation. In Kazakhstan, this issue has become particularly acute. Numerous victims of redundancies are desperate to find another job and save their social status and their usual standard of living. Young energetic people have to make incredible efforts to get employed as soon as possible and then be forced to put up with unfair humiliation from their bosses. Those who haven't adjusted to the cruel reality are at risk to lose their skills, get disqualified and finally drown in a complete oblivion, where miracle is the only hope.
