Oklahoma raised, identical twin artists, Mark and Matt Enger, exploded onto the 90's art scene in New York City. Their irreverence and bravado provoked the ire of the pompous, self important art world. All the more because the Enger Twins had the talent to back it up. This rockumentary features 15 years of home video made while in the band the War Hippes. The soundtrack features all War Hippies songs.
