This short film is based on the true story of Peace Pilgrim, who from 1953, to her death in 1981, walked across North America to share her message of defeating hatred with love. Peace Pilgrim (Joyce Porter) is tested when she encounters two stern FBI agents (Mark Hatfield and Jack Burr) who want to arrest Peace. Peace also faces a delinquent teenager (Jeff Pridgen) who viciously attacks his own mother (Stephanie Limesand). Hiking with Peace, captures the conviction and wisdom of a woman so unique, that she is remembered only as Peace Pilgrim.
