Based on the short story 'The Finest Story in the World' by: Rudyard Kipling. A disgruntled and depressed Hollywood punch up writer tries to change his ways and write an original script. Writers block and self loathing take over until a half-wit Malibu surfer dude comes along with the most amazing story ever told. Knowing this story could propel him to fame and fortune the writer seizes the moment and begins to write the story only to be taken on a mystical journey himself.
